**What's on offer?**

This is a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract with potential to extend.

You will be the Workflow Manager for our Knockdown Rebuild division at Boutique Homes. You will be responsible for facilitating the smooth delivery of projects between key milestones.

Your role will involve monitoring key performance measures that impact the flow of a project from sales through to construction. You can expect to manage the pipeline and maintain exceptional bin health by regularly reviewing preconstruction timeframes and site start forecasting. You will identify trends and offer proactive solutions to provide our customers with the easiest and fastest journey to site.

You will flag roadblocks and implement initiatives to overcome them, as well as understand hotspots in the pipeline. These learnings support the Operations Manager in the quarterly rolling budget process. In addition, you will actively seek ongoing feedback and areas of improvement from all internal stakeholders to achieve the desired business focused results.
