A fantastic opportunity at nbn, as a Workflow Delivery Regional Manager, reporting to the Executive Manager Control Tower Workflow Delivery.

A bit about your role

The Workflow Delivery Regional Manager is accountable for leading a team of Workflow Delivery Managers and their respective teams of Workflow optimisers performing schedule and milestone management activities across Service Simplex, Networks, Service Complex, and Networks Complex. Successful execution across the portfolios will be achieved through effective tactical decision making and to effective utilisation of internal and external field workforce consisting of over 2000 field technicians and crews.

A bit about you

The Workflow Delivery Regional Manager will need to have a strategic and innovative mindset to lead the necessary transformation within Control Tower and Workflow Delivery. Key initiatives include the ongoing implementation of real-time data visibility, alert management, and decision support capabilities to drive ongoing automation and process streamlining. Thought leadership and previous experience in driving continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives is a necessity.
