Seeking a highly passionate detail-focused individual with compliance and RTO experience, to join this NFP organisation that provides crucial services to the community through training, education, support, research, and community engagement.

This leading organisation offers the opportunity to utilise your compliance knowledge across RTO standards, and operations and implement the required amendments to ensure the success of this diverse organisation’s training programs whilst undertaking the crucial role of monitoring, maintaining, guiding, developing and implementing systems to achieve the organisations strategic goals.

This role reports to the Manager of Education and Training ensuring best practices and maintenance needs of this RTO are met.

Duties Include:

- Plan, schedule and implement internal audits
- Monitoring RTO compliance within the VET framework
- Review and maintain policies and procedures to meet RTO compliance needs
- Review and maintain qualifications of trainers and assessors and monitor their professional development
- Ensuring all relevant documentation/information is up-to-date and compliant
- Implementation of system improvements and updates to meet compliance requirements

Key requirements:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
- Experience working with an RTO and Compliance role
- Demonstrated understanding and experience working with compliance frameworks

To be successful in the role you must be highly compliance-focused and knowledgeable of RTO processes, systems and requirements, have high attention to detail with a strong ability to multi-task and problem solve.
