Job Title: Quality Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-driven and proactive professional to help ensure the integrity of nationally recognised training programs.

In this dynamic role, you will oversee training delivery, manage learner records, generate qualifications and compliance reports, and support online assessment systems.

Your contribution will be vital in maintaining high standards across training delivery, including conducting RTO inductions, responding to quality and compliance queries, and facilitating validation sessions with confidence and professionalism.

This is an opportunity to work across compliance, learning and development, reporting, and administration. You will play a central role in continuous improvement by coordinating stakeholder feedback, supporting audits, and assisting in the development of training resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage learner records and generate qualifications and compliance reports
  • Support online assessment systems and conduct RTO inductions
  • Respond to quality and compliance queries and facilitate validation sessions
  • Coordinate stakeholder feedback, support audits, and develop training resources
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in learning and development, including the evaluation and review of adult learning programs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present to groups of learners and collaborate effectively with trainers and stakeholders
  • Highly organised, detail oriented, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and produce accurate reporting
  • Proficient in leveraging learning technologies, including Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems
