Compliance and Quality Assurance Specialist

The Public Transport Authority is seeking a detail-driven professional to uphold the integrity of nationally recognised training programs within its Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

This role ensures all training is delivered in alignment with our Scope of Registration and industry standards.

Key responsibilities include managing learner records, generating qualifications and compliance reports, supporting online assessment systems, and conducting RTO inductions.

You will be the key contact for quality and compliance queries and facilitate validation sessions with confidence and professionalism.

This is a unique opportunity to work across compliance, learning, reporting, and administration.

Key requirements:

  • Expertise in learning development, including evaluation and review of adult learning programs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently present to groups of learners.
  • Highly organised, detail oriented, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and produce accurate reporting within deadlines.
  • Proficient in leveraging learning technologies within the VET sector, including Microsoft Office Suite, Learning Management Systems, and online assessment platforms.
