**The Role**:
Reporting to the RTO Manager you will maintain and support the business to ensure a high level of compliance against the standards, legislation and policies required by the RTO.

**Duties & responsibilities**:

- Monitoring and Maintaining the RTO Compliance with the VET Quality Framework
- RTO Compliance Reporting
- Developing RTO Compliance Procedures, Policies & Documentation
- Overseeing and Managing Audits to comply with RTO legislation
- Occupational Health and Safety
- General Organisational Support

**About you**:

- Demonstrated understanding and implementation of ASQA guidelines & standards
- Experience and understanding of compliance and legislative requirements in the VET sector
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the business
- High level MS Office, MS Projects and computer skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and also work autonomously when required
- Experience with multi-tasking within a busy RTO environment
- Previous experience working in the VET sector
- Demonstrated involvement with internal and external audits

**Qualifications**:

- Cert IV Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent experience/qualification
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification ie bachelor's degree in Adult Vocational Education, Legal or Para Legal Qualification and Auditing
