  • Ensure all training is delivered in alignment with our Scope of Registration and the Standards for RTOs 2025
  • Manage learner records, generate qualifications and compliance reports, and support online assessment systems
  • Conduct RTO inductions, respond to quality and compliance queries, and facilitate validation sessions

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in learning and development, including the evaluation and review of adult learning programs
  • Well-versed in the Standards for RTOs 2025 and experienced in supporting compliance audits
  • Holds or is actively pursuing Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) qualification
