**Position Overview**:
As a Front of House Team Member at Nene Chicken, you are the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service to every guest. You will take pride in creating a warm, friendly, and efficient dining experience while managing various tasks, including taking, preparing, and serving orders. You may also have the opportunity to support our kitchen team as needed, gaining valuable skills across multiple areas of the restaurant.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet customers with a welcoming attitude, provide menu guidance, and answer any questions about our offerings.
- **Order Management**: Accurately take orders at the counter or through delivery platforms, ensuring all special requests are recorded.
- **Order Preparation**: Assemble and pack orders efficiently while maintaining high presentation standards.
- **Order Serving**: Deliver meals to dine-in customers promptly and ensure their satisfaction.
- **Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including counters, tables, and seating areas.
- **Team Collaboration**: Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow and address any special order requirements.
- **Kitchen Assistance (Optional)**: If interested, assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks, such as assembling side dishes or restocking supplies.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Previous experience in hospitality is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
