**The opportunity**:

To support this growth, we are seeking an accomplished **Sales & Growth Manager** who is a real go-getter when it comes to seeking new business opportunities and is a natural networker.

Based in **High Wycombe**, you will lead the charge in building and maintaining our charter services within the school, special events and resources sectors with the objective of delivering financial performance, supporting business growth and maintaining key client relationships. This role will work closely with our Service Delivery team so you can understand our core operations and experience first-hand what we do best - moving people.

**What you can expect**:

- Identify growth opportunities and new clients via market research
- Contact potential clients, establish rapport and arrange meetings
- Develop sales opportunities and growth within existing customers along with attracting new customers
- Attend conferences, meetings and industry events for expanding network
- Produce proposals and service quotes for existing and new customers
- Manage incoming client and customer enquiries to convert to business opportunities
- Provide monthly and ad-hoc reporting whilst ensuring data and documentation is accurate

- Tertiary qualification in Business/Marketing or related field, or substantial relevant experience in sales and marketing
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with diverse people
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects
- Demonstrated ability to implement best sales practice and drive continuous improvement
- Strong computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) with the ability to learn in-house systems
