Key responsibilities
The Showroom Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, leading the showroom team, and ensuring the delivery of a premium, personalised, in-store experience that helps clients create homes that feel truly their own.
- Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and exceed targets
- Leadership: Mentor and coach team members to achieve peak performance and build a high-performing team
- Customer: Oversee the end-to-end client journey, ensuring a consistently exceptional, tailored service from furniture selection to scale and materiality
- Operations: Manage all aspects of showroom presentation, visual merchandising, stock, and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for seamless operations
- Systems: Process orders and manage client enquiries through the business systems
- Reporting: Track client interactions and provide insights on customer trends for strategic planning.

Your skills and experience
- Leadership: Proven showroom or retail management experience (preferably in furniture or premium lifestyle brands) with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Management: Strong leadership and sales coaching skills, with an ability to take ownership of showroom operations and team development
- Client Service: Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional, personalised customer service and building long-term client relationships
- Aesthetic: Keen eye for detail, excellent brand presentation standards, and a design/furniture interest
- Approach: Proactive, hands-on approach with a solutions-focused mindset and excellent relationship-building abilities
- Scheduling: Availability to work weekends with flexible scheduling.
You will be highly regarded if you also have:
- Industry: Direct experience in the furniture or premium lifestyle industries
- Systems: Extended experience in managing retail or sales administration, including processing orders, ideally using a system like NetSuite.
