Part-Time Client Services Representative (Maternity Leave Cover)
Are you passionate about pets and providing exceptional customer service? Veterinary Referral Hospital Dandenong is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Client Services Representative for a 6-month maternity leave cover contract.
Duration: 6-month contract
- Hours: 25 hours per week
Role: Client Services Representative
Location: Veterinary Referral Hospital Dandenong
As a Client Services Representative, you'll be the friendly face of our hospital, assisting pet owners and ensuring their experience with us is outstanding. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting clients both in person and over the phone
- Handling appointments, inquiries, and client communications
- Managing client records and paperwork accurately
- Assisting with administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the hospital
- Availability to work weekends and evenings is essential to accommodate our clients' needs.
**Requirements**:
- Passion for animals and dedication to providing excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service or veterinary care is a plus, but not required
