**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We have a new vacancy for a **Project Administrator** to join our dedicated team on an upcoming project. This is an onsite full-time role.
The role of the Project Administrator will be to support busy project teams in administration, document control, procurement, and invoicing, whilst ensuring teams are sufficiently organised and maintaining operational practices and consistency for the client.
This role is suited to someone with strong administrative support experience, ideally coming from the construction or utilities industry. Perfect for any administrator who wants to develop their experience in supporting a project team.
**YOUR DUTIES**:
- Meeting coordination, preparing relevant documentation, and taking accurate minutes
- Document formatting and proofreading
- Maintaining project registers
- Performing general administrative duties as required.
- Providing project support services to support the efficient working of the teams.
- Coordinating and assisting during internal project audit activities.
- Other ad-hoc administration duties, as required.
- Invoicing and accounts administration
**ABOUT YOU**:
This is a fast-paced role for a proven Project Administrator, ideally with exposure working with large projects. To be successful in this role you will have some or all of the following experience:
- Proven experience in an Administrative or Office Support role
- Excellent customer service skill set and confident in communication (verbal and written)
- Prior exposure to admin support such as; management of document formatting & control, and coordination support
- Ability to manage day-to-day operations as well as support multiple and varied projects in general administration support
- Evidence of minute-taking and generating actions from meetings
- Highly developed communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Data entry and maintaining database information.
