**Position Overview**

Join our Melbourne-based team working across Outland Denim and Nobody Denim as our new Marketing Coordinator. If you're passionate about premium fashion and want to be part of creating globally recognized Australian denim, this role is for you. You'll help bring our brands to life across digital and traditional channels through compelling storytelling, social media, and community engagement. **Key Responsibilities**

**Digital Marketing & Social Media**
- Manage the scheduling and maintenance of all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest)
- Help coordinate influencer partnerships
- Support digital advertising initiatives across various platforms
- Assist with ecommerce marketing activities and campaign management
- Help maintain and optimize website content

**Campaign & Event Support**
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Support event planning and coordination for both virtual and in-person marketing events
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
- Maintain organized digital assets and marketing collateral

**Administrative & General Support**
- Help maintain customer relationship management (CRM) database
- Provide administrative support for the marketing department as needed
- Assist with reporting and analysis of marketing initiatives

**Required Qualifications**
- Strong digital literacy and proficiency with social media platforms
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated interest in fashion and digital marketing
- Team player mentality with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience with creative tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of social media management tools, particularly Later and Notion
- Basic understanding of ecommerce platforms such as Shopify
- Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics

**Work Environment**
- Melbourne-based position
- Full-time role
- Dynamic and collaborative team structure

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
