**Role & Responsibilities**:
As Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of logistics operations. You’ll collaborate closely with growers, suppliers, freight providers, and packers to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining compliance with both domestic and international regulations. You will also contribute to process optimization, helping to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.

We offer a full-time position located in Melbourne, Australia. You will be part of our international Logistics team and be reporting to the Logistics Manager.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating with the commercial team to arrange timely and contractual deliveries of stock into packing sites.
- Processing domestic purchases and deliveries in the trade management system, including handling stock movements, swaps, blends, and packing transactions.
- Organizing export bookings with carriers and forwarders, preparing accurate loading instructions, and ensuring compliance with import/export regulations.
- Assisting with the development of the function, including guiding colleagues and developing SOPs for key processes and identifying opportunities to structure and automate tasks
- Handling the financial aspects of commodity logistics by processing invoices, maintaining accurate P/L tracking and ensuring timely execution of financial transactions.

**Expected skills & Experience**:
In this role, your ability to focus on details, deliver high-quality outputs, and solve problems with a systematic and creative approach will be key. We expect that you approach tasks with precision and a strong sense of responsibility. Furthermore, we expect that:

- You have a minimum 2 years of experience in Australian domestic and export logistics of grains and other agricultural products, experience with GTA Trade Rules is a plus
- You are familiar with trade management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- You have a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
