​About the Role

If you have a background in administration, call centre, rostering or similar, can work night shifts averaging 3 x 12 hour shifts per week, and are available 7 nights and days including weekends please read on.

Join an Employer of Choice and work in a role as an After-Hours Service delivery Coordinator, where you will support a Portfolio of Clients managing vacancies for Security Officers, Customers & Business Managers. You will be responsible to fulfill rosters, conduct and manage welfare calls, as well as provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders.

What does the role involve?

  • Allocate effective rostering resources

  • Assign the most cost-effective rostering in line with Company guidelines

  • Minimise rostering errors through effective and meticulous attention to detail

  • Ensure specified service levels are maintained

  • Identify, escalate, and resolve customer needs

  • Effectively and efficiently process payroll to minimise errors and rework

  • Ensuring a high-level understanding of applicable industrial state instruments

  • Good knowledge and use of Microsoft applications

  • Desirable – Background in administration/Call Centre/Rostering or similar, and night shift experience.
