**The Team**
The Operational Planning and Coordination team ensure engagements are set up and invoiced quickly and correctly, resources across the organization are scheduled and utilised well, and quality data analytics are available to the business.

**The Role**
Reporting to a Team Lead Delivery Coordination, the Delivery Coordinator is responsible for setting up, resourcing, maintaining and invoicing CCX projects associated with the 9 CyberCX cyber security practices.

Working collaboratively with Practice Leads & key stakeholders you will ensure project and client needs are met while ensuring overall project profitability is maintained.

You will be the primary contact regarding day-to-day resource planning and allocation/scheduling of resources. This will include weekly follow-ups to ensure that scheduled work has been completed, or re-scheduled, the next fortnight has been planned, and any additional availability is identified and reported.

Additionally, you may assist with the review of proposals/contracts and the development of project and resource plans for project managed engagements. You may also attend Customer kick-off or project meetings, along with practice resources, to discuss scope, requirements, project performance, risks, and issues.

**About you**
You bring relevant experience in a scheduling/rostering, project, or resource coordination role, along with strong Microsoft Office skills. Experience with Salesforce, or similar platforms, and the ability to quickly pick up or adjust to new technologies is an advantage.

You also possess the following:
