The Role
Globally, Aggreko is experiencing some exciting changes, driving a massive focus on customer experience and building of operational efficiencies. As such, our Logistics team are looking for an Equipment scheduler, one who is highly motivated, loves a challenge and willing to go that extra mile.
Our equipment team work to high standards for our customers to ensure expectations are met each and every time. You will be a logical thinker who loves to solve difficult problems with effective solutions and a strong sense of urgency. You are also a multi-tasker who works hard to get things done with mínimal fuss, taking ownership of your day to day. Communication will be key in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the selection of the most appropriate equipment that fulfils the needs of the customer.
- Utilising the Order Fulfilment technology to aid in the most appropriate equipment that also minimizes any additional costs to Aggreko.
- Validation that the final equipment/package selection will fully meet the requirements of the customer.
- Liaise with Customer Service Representatives and sales to ensure any variations are understood, communicated and recharged appropriately.
- Allocates fleet to the job, allowing technicians to pick the identified fleet and prepare for the job
- Responsible for the communication of any relevant sales instructions into preparation activities, including the communication of technical needs to technicians for job preparation
