**Making a Difference at EnergyAustralia**
Based at Yallourn Power Station the Maintenance Services Team is a central function of the Power Station Alliance, its primary functions are providing a consolidated planning, scheduling and resources profiling / delivery to achieve a station works schedule, whilst also providing works program coordination with regard to planned and forced outages and projects.
As the Maintenance Scheduler you will play an integral part of ensuring that all required maintenance has been scheduled to minimise unplanned outages and ensuring that PowerStation is running most effectively. Some key responsibilities but are not limited to
- Coordination of technical, safety and environmental expertise for Maintenance Planning activities.
- Assisting in the research, writing and management of standard operating and maintenance procedures for new and existing equipment according to acceptable industry standards.
- Liaising with the Supervisors / Planners on issues and / or changes which may influence schedules, such as resources adjustments, equipment work schedules and the critical paths.
- Job Plans scopes developed with a focus on safety/technical best practices approach.
- Build / maintain complex work in CMMS Ellipse as Standard Jobs where required.
- Ensure all Compliance and HSE Work Orders are Scheduled to their required target finish dates.
**Being Bold and Moving Fast at EnergyAustralia**
- Tertiary or Trade qualifications and/or post trade qualifications in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil (or equivalent).
- Extensive expertise of using CMMS Work Management System for Scheduling, data interpretation and review (Maximo preferred)
- Ability to work independently, work within critical deadlines and maintenance schedules to meet identified target.
- Effective use of IT packages including Power BI, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word to supplement Maintenance Planning & Scheduling work.
- Ability to use Maintenance Planning processes of Power Station plant or heavy industry equivalent.
- 5yrs previous experience in Planning and or Scheduling of complex heavy industries
