We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our team at Top Health Doctors West End. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our medical practice.

**The Role**:
As a Casual Medical Receptionist, you will be a vital part of our team, providing essential support to our medical practitioners and ensuring the smooth running of our practice. Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Efficiently managing appointment bookings, both in-person and over the phone.
- Handling patient inquiries, providing accurate information, and addressing their concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Managing patient records, updating information, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Assisting with billing and processing payments.
- Supporting the medical team with administrative tasks as required.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Experience in General Practice**: Ideally, you have a minimum of 1 year experience working as a Medical Receptionist in a General Practice setting.
- **Exceptional Communication Skills**: You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Your friendly and caring demeanor will make our patients feel valued and at ease.
- **Organised**: Our busy practice requires someone who can multitask and manage time efficiently. Your organizational skills will be key to ensuring the practice runs smoothly.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in using Best Practice medical software is well regarded.
- **Team Player**: As a part of our close-knit team, your ability to collaborate, support, and uplift your colleagues will be highly valued.
- **Customer-Focused**: Patient care is at the heart of what we do. Your genuine care for our patients' well-being will make a significant difference in their experience.
