Over the last six years, Penny for Pound has established itself as a leader in the Melbourne wholesale bakery scene.

We are excited to announce that we are on the hunt for a new manager to help run and take our Camberwell location to the next level and are looking for a passionate hospitality professional to join and grow our friendly little corner store in the heart of Camberwell.

The venue is positioned on Camberwell Road with stunning corner frontage. With a focus on both dine-in and takeaway, with a small amount of tables both inside and out.

**Key facets of the role**:

- Overseeing the daily operations of the business, including ordering, rostering, team development and
- Training & development of junior team members, with assistance from your Retail Operations Manager
- Responsible for managing shifts and leading your team to deliver a high level of quality service and customer engagement to guests
- Managing and improving on opening & closing procedures
- Ensuring all business requirements are set

**What skills and knowledge do I need?**
- Proven experience running a cafe service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- History of developing staff
- Full working rights in Australia
- Experience with speciality coffee is preferable for the role

**Salary**: $57,500.00 - $65,000.00 per year
