About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, pro-active, and results-oriented Campaign Manager will work with brand managers and marketing executives to understand strategic goals and then design, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns using automation tools and global ‘best practice’ logic.
As the company’s Oracle Eloqua expert and champion, you will introduce a holistic view of marketing communications, unifying channels, and touch points to achieve maximum efficiency and get us ever closer to our customer. This will include not only marketing and sales campaigns but also customer research and event insights projects.
As an integral part of the GBS team, you will guide the company to drive maximum value from Oracle Eloqua and the overall GBS ecosphere.
This is a 12 months full-time contract role reporting to the Marketing Director based in Chatswood, Sydney with a combined home/office-based arrangements to have flexible work-life balance.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Lead the implementation of campaign automation for event marketers by designing, creating, monitoring, analysing and editing campaigns to maximize campaign effectiveness and prospect engagement- Collaborating with the different teams around the business on marketing communications best practice and integrating recommendations into the “design” phase as we continually improve our marketing automation program.- Work with the Database Executive to help develop data structures and ensure the quality and usability of data is maintained to help execute better campaigns and drive greater ROI- Analyse and report on all aspects of campaigns, including strong recommendations on how to optimize performance and fine tune marketing campaigns in real time- Continuous A/B testing on all elements of our marketing mix in order to keep evolving and improving marketing effectiveness- Represent Reed Exhibitions Australia on all GBS working groups, including any measuring and reporting requirements (as stated by the global team)- Keep completely up-to-date on the continued evolution of Oracle Eloqua to make sure we remain a high performance, innovative and effective marketing department

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience with Eloqua highly valued (similar marketing automation tools considered)- A thorough understanding of data segmentation and importance of regulation and compliance- Strong problem solving, communication and presenting skills with a keen interest in technology is highly desirable.- The ability to thrive and maintain impeccable attention to detail in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.- Previous experience with Salesforce an advantage
