Strategic Brand Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our brand portfolio, driving growth through innovative strategies and impactful campaigns.
This key position will oversee the development and implementation of short- and long-term brand strategies, leveraging market research and consumer insights to inform actionable marketing plans.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, planning, and organizational skills, as well as excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and market share.
- Utilize market research and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Create innovation masterplans aligning global pipelines with local R&D to unlock category and brand growth.
- Manage end-to-end innovation and new product development processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Plan and deliver impactful campaigns to maximize brand investment and achieve strategic objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in brand management with a proven track record in driving brand growth.
- Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
