Overview

This role reports into the APAC Head of Business Development, based in Sydney.

Adobe’s BDR team is responsible for creating net new business pipeline for the Adobe Experience Cloud suite of products. As the Enablement Manager of this team, you will be responsible for equipping, enabling and empowering team members with the knowledge, skills and tools they need to be successful. You’ll collaborate with APAC leadership to align the BDR organisation with the broader GTM strategies and messaging that is being used to connect with our market.

Strategic Value of Role

Adobe’s BDR organisation is the talent pool of future Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Renewal Specialists, Marketers and more. You’ll play a pivotal role in minimising their ramp period during onboarding, providing ongoing enablement programs and ensuring they are well prepared for their career journeys within Adobe.

As the APAC BDR Enablement Lead, you will be accountable for new hire onboarding, building out or sourcing high impact skills development programs for the ongoing and continued development/upskilling of the APAC BDR. You will also play a key role in the execution and facilitating of these programs jointly with BDR leadership and other functional teams.

The objectives of our efforts and offerings are to build and sustain high productivity of our BDRs during their onboarding and ongoing tenure in the organisation. Post onboarding/reboarding, you will continue to identify development opportunities in the extended selling ecosystem and provide improvement coaching on both a team and individual level to optimise their performance.

Additionally, these investments in skills development will be essential in establishing a foundation of success and trajectory to aid in their career development. You don’t have to be a data scientist but you should also be comfortable with defining and analysing metrics, objectives, key results, and productivity gains that inform the success of the enablement programs and activities.

Skills and Experience

Extensive years of experience in lead generation / sales development position preferably B2B

2+ years in sales/business development enablement

Multilingual would be advantageous but not compulsory

Proven track record to achieve and exceed goals in an automated sales environment where accurate entry and management of lead data in a CRM system was required

High-calibre virtual engagement skills. You must be engaging and compelling over virtual platfoms ie. Teams, Zoom etc

Ability to clearly articulate new methods and skills to team members

Confident, positive, upbeat, professional, and team-oriented demeanour

Superior interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

Strong project management and interpersonal skills, ability to do multi-task.

Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and handle challenging demands in fast paced environment

Ability to interact on a regular basis with management and senior leaders/collaborators

Communication skills are top quality and you have the ability to clearly articulate complex sales techniques to individuals and groups equally
