The Opportunity
The Adobe Experience Cloud is an industry-leading portfolio of Marketing and customer experience technology. Adobe’s BDR team is responsible for creating a net new business pipeline for the Adobe Experience Cloud suite of products. This role will partner closely with the APAC Head of Business Development in driving high-velocity growth within the BDR organization for the Adobe Experience Cloud.
As our BDR Operations & Program Manager, get ready to be involved in everything from defining BDR strategies to the day-to-day operation. We're looking for someone who is highly effective and efficient, with the ability to think strategically, yet is also keen to get into the detail.
**What you’ll do**:
This role will support the APAC BDR team as a trusted business advisor to ensure execution excellence in the day-to-day operations.
Function as a business partner to the APAC BDR team, providing the cadence, tools, data & insights of key metrics to drive BDR performance review.
Drive operational excellence in the APAC BDR organization through process standardization for inbound lead management, outbound prospecting, pipeline creation best practices, etc.
Provides tailored dashboards, data & analytics to enable BDR pipeline performance management, accuracy, and data quality
Develop and champion new programs, activities, and operational improvements to drive BDR productivity and performance in pipeline generation by aligning and partnering with regional BDR Leaders, Marketing and the broader Operations team.
Develop and execute BDR outbound strategy in partnership with BDR leadership, including defining target accounts, key solutions/sales play messaging, Outreach sequences, and tracking & report performance.
Ensure consistency of process, use of technology, and BDR tools across Adobe DX teams and regions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration with Business Units Leaders (e.g. Campaign Marketing, Field Marketing, and Marketing Operations)
What do you need to succeed?
5+ years of relevant experience in sales operations, marketing operations, business analytical function, or demonstrably related field.
Experience working in a SaaS environment a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities and collaboration skills.
Excellent verbal, and written communication skills, ability to present sophisticated ideas to diverse audiences
Ability to deal with ambiguity in international environments
Ability to be successful working in a highly matrixed organization and able to build support and strong internal-company relationships with business partners and peers.
Highly motivated individual with a results-driven orientation, capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization
Exceptional attention to detail, a dedication to quality and be results-driven and customer-focused.
Excellent knowledge of Salesforce, Dynamics, Outreach, and Excel
