Adobe’s APAC B2B team is passionate about helping marketers deliver exceptional customer experiences and get results through operational excellence Our goal is to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programs in support of our Digital Media Enterprise business, which includes Creative Cloud and Document Cloud B2B products.
We are looking for a strong APAC-based leader who can partner with our global, regional, and local teams to implement and maintain standards in marketing automation, business operations, and data quality initiatives.
As APAC’s Manager of Campaign Operations, you will work closely with marketing managers and leaders to identify current operating models (across people, process, technology, and data) and collect requirements to inform our approach. You will identify quick wins and propose a phased approach to achieving greater operational maturity and standardization. Then you will help stand up operational models and services with a blend of business and technical know-how.
This role requires frequent collaboration with US-based Global Marketing Operations (GMO).
This position reports directly to the Head of Campaign and Demand Marketing, APAC.
The role is based in Sydney, AU or Singapore, SG. Responsibilities include:
Own APAC’s end-to-end lead management process, maximising demand centre velocity, productivity and efficiency.
Includes lead uploading, scoring and prioritisation for BDRs, campaign results tracking, optimisation.
Includes providing ongoing performance reporting, insights, making optimisation and testing recommendations to Campaign and Field Marketing teams in APAC.
Responsible for daily operations of marketing automation tools, processes, enabling timeliness of campaigns and speed to market.
In alignment with global standards, contribute to evolving Martech refreshes and / or implementations within APAC.
Includes:
- Defining requirements and advocating APAC needs
- Change management, enablement, adoption in region
- Ensure global to region consistency and alignment
- Facilitate global campaign rollouts with consistency
