**About the role at Bugcrowd**
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will work closely in collaboration with Territory Account Executives and Marketing to follow-up on inbound leads and occasionally perform outbound prospecting to identify and qualify sales opportunities in their respective territories. This is a high energy position requiring an individual who is extremely motivated, enthusiastic and results-driven.
**Seniority**
**Entry Level** - A role for someone with underlying potential, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically no direct experience is required.
**Responsibilities**
- Sales Team Enablement - Identify opportunities to enhance processes and resources that enable team performance and time spent with prospects or customers
- Outbound Prospecting - Generate new sales opportunities and move them through the funnel by drafting outreach messages and sequences, and identifying the needs of customers
- Sales Pipeline Management - Efficiently navigate the CRM and other operational tools to create, update, retrieve, and understand information about accounts and opportunities
