**About the Role**

Travelling across our Brisbane North sites, your responsibilities include supporting Residence Managers in ensuring systems and processes are maintained. Ensuring accurate auditing and reporting to Managers. Acting as a mentor to managers and staff in developing their understanding of aged care quality and compliance which will make you an integral part of the Quality team.

**Your primary functions will be**:

- Support role to residence managers in ensuring systems and processes are maintained.
- Accurate auditing and reporting to Residence Managers, Regional Operational Managers, State Operation Managers the General Manager Clinical Governance and Client Safety is conducted in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the quality improvement processes at Arcare.
- Assist residence managers and other in preparation for accreditation visits by the Quality Agency.
- Provide education to staff as appropriate regarding the accreditation standards and other quality issues.
- Act as a mentor to managers and staff in developing their understanding of aged care quality and compliance.

**Skills & Experience**
- Registered or Enrolled Nurse.
- Current AHPRA Registration.
- Knowledge of Aged Care Act, Standards, Guideline and Regulations.
- Adaptable, passionate and willingness to learn.
- Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
- Friendly and effective communication abilities.
