**The Opportunity**

They specialise in socially and environmentally sustainable developments and urban regeneration projects, including residential buildings, shopping centres, apartment complexes, townhouse and mixed-use developments, industrial parks, warehouse shells and land subdivisions and committed to provide effective day-to-day running of the building and ensuring that any safety, maintenance or security issues are resolved in a timely manner.

**The Role**

Responsible for the day to day running of the owner’s corporation portfolio to maintain buildings and common areas within an owner’s corporation. Contribute to the development of organisational business plans or strategies and budgets as required.

**Tasks include but are not limited to**:

- Managing a portfolio of owners corp managements
- Conducting annual general and committee meetings
- Reviewing financials and preparing responsible and workable budgets
- Managing relationships with clients and contractors
- Involvement in new business development
- Managing contractors on projects and maintenance
- Managing arrears
- Liaising with accounts to ensure financials are in order and running to budget etc.
- Certificate IV in Strata Management (preferred)
- Business Degree or relevant (preferred)
- 1-2 years’ experience as Strata Manager
- Knowledge and understanding of the Owners Corporation Act 2006, OC Regulations and ability to read and understand other Acts and regulations as required. E.g. Fencing Act, Sub-Division Act
- Residential and/or Commercial Property Management experience with a focus on apartments, warehouses, shopping centres, etc.
