**About Them**
Global renewable energy company seeking a skilled and dedicated Recruitment Partner to join their growing People & Culture team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead high-quality and diverse talent acquisition initiatives to grow the business.

**About the Role**

**About Success**
You will become a trusted advisor to business leaders and line managers, staying one step ahead of the competition by maintaining awareness of industry trends, competitor practices, and recommend competitive remuneration packages based on industry research and benchmarking.

Championing diversity and inclusion will be at the core of your efforts as you foster relationships with universities to support their Co-op programs and intern hiring initiatives.

Striving for continuous improvement, you will enhance their recruitment process and ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) requirements and diversity and inclusion principles.

**About You**
This role calls for an individual with a proven track record in talent acquisition, particularly within specialized technical and professional roles. You must thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, and have a firm grasp of local market conditions and sourcing channels.

A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is required, while a LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter license would be highly regarded.
