We have an exciting new opportunity for a Recruitment Business Partner to join us on our Galderma RPO

Galderma are a Leading Global Dermatology Company. They are extremely innovative, with a science-based portfolio of premium brands across Aesthetics, Consumer Care and Prescription Medicine. This unique Senior Recruiter role based in Belrose will support this exciting new client, providing expert recruitment advice and driving positive business outcomes.

As the Recruitment Business Partner you will manage the end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles nationally. With overall accountability for the delivery of recruitment outcomes, you’ll front-face our recruitment solution, partner with key stakeholders and hiring managers, identify and present top talent to the business, influence hiring decisions and deliver value add solutions and projects. You will also have the support of a Global delivery team based across Europe and Asia.

**About you**

You will be a seasoned professional with experience recruiting at all levels and across corporate, sales and marketing industries.

Experience within life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or the health industry would be advantageous. Currently located in Belgrave Sydney but moving to the Northern Beaches later this year, this role will offer hybrid working arrangements.

As well as this you will:

- Demonstrate strong capability partnering with stakeholders, taking initiative and a strong consultative nature
- Be resilient, be able to manage ambiguity and identify continuous improvement opportunities

As part of the wider Korn Ferry RPO team you will have access to learning and development support.
