**The opportunity at OneStop**
Working within the People & Culture team on a 12 month fixed term contract, as our Recruitment Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our Australian based roles and liaising with our offshore partner talent teams for recruitment in Philippines and India.
**Working in the team you will**:
- For Australia - own the end-to-end recruitment process; conduct manager training, prepare recruitment briefs, manage requisitions in our e-recruitment system, create job ads, support managers with shortlisting, phone screens, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
- For offshore - prepare recruitment briefs, liaise with offshore partner talent teams and our hiring managers to ensure a timely recruitment process.
- Partner with our external agency recruitment partners, where required.
- Maintain our HRIS reporting for recruitment.
- Support the development of a talent pipeline.
- Be a key member of our EVP/Employment Brand project team.
- Partner with the broader P&C team for new hire offers and onboarding.
- Update processes and practices, where required, to ensure best practice and a customer-centric approach to all recruitment activities.
**What will you bring to the role?**
- At least 3 years’ experience in an in-house recruitment role, managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience utilising a broad range of recruitment channels, tools & strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships quickly and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Highly organised, with exceptional time management and prioritising capabilities.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent work experience.
