**About the role**:
The Recruitment Partner owns and drives full-cycle recruitment; recruiting for healthcare professionals and head office roles. Key responsibilities:

- Provide a quality end-to-end recruitment service
- Develop and maintain strong credible, professional working relationships with all key internal stakeholders and external stakeholders
- Ensure mandatory qualifications and credentials are met and maintained
- Bring innovative ideas and turn them into improvements to process and service
- **6 month contract - with the potential to extend**

**About you**:

- 2 years+ recruitment experience; preferably within a high-volume recruitment environment
- Knowledge of the medical industry (highly desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You will be solution-focused, able to manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines
- Ability to adapt & work within an ever-changing environment

**Work Environment**:

- Highly unique and varied role, you will never be bored
- Work in a fast paced environment where a sense of urgency and ability to provide immediate solutions is important.
