Job Title:

Talent Acquisition Specialist: Partnering for Success

We're seeking a skilled recruitment professional to join our team and drive end-to-end talent acquisition. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with hiring managers and HR to deliver seamless recruitment experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent across digital, media, and creative roles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant recruitment processes.
  • Design and implement effective pipelines to meet business needs and drive candidate satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and assessments to identify the best candidates for each role.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience in a similar field (in-house, RPO, or agency).
  • Proven sourcing and headhunting skills with expertise in competitive markets.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders and drive results.
