We are looking for a personable, results-driven Downsizing Consultant to join our team. This is a phone-based customer service and sales role where you’ll guide and support homeowners through the process of downsizing. As a key interface between iDownsize and our users, you’ll play a crucial role in helping over 55’s overcome downsizing challenges while ensuring they understand and maximize the value of our platform.
**About the Role**:
As a Downsizing Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to onboard and activate downsizer users on the iDownsize platform. You will help users create their downsizer profile (“downsizer ad”), explain how the platform works, and encourage them to unlock access to off-market properties. By understanding each user’s unique needs and transaction objectives, you’ll provide tailored guidance and support to ensure a seamless downsizing experience.

**Qualifications**:
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional phone manner.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or account management, ideally in a property or tech-related field.
- Life experience and strong ability to build trust and engage users in meaningful conversations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to guide users through technical or process-related challenges.
- High level of organization and attention to detail to manage multiple users and their needs effectively.
- Passion for helping people achieve their goals and a genuine interest in the real estate market.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
