**Business Consultant - Small Business Acquisition Specialist**

**BizVision** is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented business consultant to join our **Sydney **team. In this role, you will work as a small business acquisition specialist, helping clients navigate the complex process of buying small businesses. The position is a hybrid role, which will allow you to work both remotely and on-site with clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Advise clients on all aspects of the business acquisition process, including identifying potential businesses to purchase, due diligence, and negotiations.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and provide recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with clients to develop a customized acquisition strategy and provide ongoing support throughout the transaction process.
- Help clients navigate legal and financial requirements related to small business acquisitions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support and guidance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business consulting or related fields, with a focus on small business acquisitions.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis and valuation methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Mandarin, Cantonese, Nepali, Arabic, or Farsi bilinguals are preferred but not mandatory.

This position would ideally suit an ex-business owner, Commercial/Real Estate Agent, or Business Broker looking for a change of environment or a new challenge. That said, it is more about the right person than your qualifications.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
