Systems & Infrastructure Delivery

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Establish and facilitate workshops for requirements gathering, produce stories that articulate the business rules for systems, infrastructure, and business reporting to ensure data hierarchies are set up to support Master Data, Reporting and organisations’ business practices
- Lead end to end ICT projects that include system development within our ERP solution, report creation, excel analytics and systems troubleshooting
- Develop, manage, and maintain reports and visualisations for internal stakeholder use, via PowerBI to identify Continuous Improvement opportunities
- Design, implement, support, and upgrade the IT Infrastructure to Microsoft stack e.g., M356 services and migration, M365 Security, Devops/Infrastructure as code, ITSM, MS. teams
- Responsible for endpoint infrastructure maintenance, development, configuration, and deployment on organisations fleet of (desktops and laptops) using SOE tools such Intune and relevant cloud platforms
- Worl on Azure to migrate legacy servers and maintain storage accounts and resource groups.
- Act as the primary point for all technical escalations. Manage day-to-day client relationship as the first point of call for management escalations and queries from the users and internal teams
- Proactively establish, manage, and report on execution of deliverables, infrastructure and product risks and issues. Establish a Technology Risk Management Governance Model.
- Manage the technology partner as set out within the SLA and contractual agreements.
- Manage and track budget and create fit for purpose reporting. Manage strategic and billable resource utilization.
- Create and maintain all IT documentation and knowledge base
- Proactively provide proposals around automation, new systems, and solutions.
- Provide 24x7 On-call support on a rotational basis and effectively diagnose / triage / fix systems during outages

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Must have an IT degree or equivalent.
- 4+ years’ experience working as a Business Analyst, technical delivery, or a software engineer in medium to large environments.
- Experience delivering IT compliance and risk, or cybersecurity project outcomes
- Strong data analytics skills
- Advanced experience of working with API’s
- 4+ years’ experience in designing, administering, and managing Microsoft stack but not limited to: M365, Azure, Power BI, exchange, SharePoint etc
- Strong Service management background including problem management, change management and release and deployment management.
- 4+ years Cloud computing experience in Azure or AWS
- Must have experience ITSM (preferably ServiceNow)
- Advanced knowledge of IT Governance frameworks and Essential 8
- Australian work rights.
