General Foreman Job, Focus on Finishers, Multi-Story Unit Development, Sunshine Coast, $120k - $140k base

**Your new company**

Our client is a reputable Developer Builder renowned for delivering a quality product, predominantly associated with luxury unit developments. They have been prominent throughout the Sunshine Coast for some time now and currently require an experienced finishing foreman to help finish their landmark project.

**Your new role**

You will form an integral part of the site management team for a multi-storey luxury unit development. You will be responsible for finishing trades and defect management, supporting the Site Manager on one of their 2 towers. You will monitor site safety, promote a teamwork approach, and ensure that subcontractors deliver according to the program and project documentation.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for this role, you must have experience as a Finishing Foreman on Unit Developments. An all-round ability with finishing trades will be well regarded, while competent computer skills are preferred but not essential. A strong work ethic and “can-do” attitude are paramount with an ability to work on rostered Saturdays.

**What you'll get in return**

Salary will be commensurate with experience, while a base range of $120k - $140k is a good indicator or equivalent contract rate, with possibly more for the right person. This is a contract role unless you’re happy to relocate to Hervey Bay for the next project. If preferred, this role could also be part-time with a focus purely on defects.
