General Foreman Job, Focus on Finishers, Multi-Story Unit Development, Sunshine Coast, $120k - $150k base

Our client is a reputable Developer Builder renowned for delivering a quality product, predominantly associated with luxury unit developments. They have been prominent throughout the Sunshine Coast for some time now and offer long term local work with career progression. Their systems and infrastructure are well established, and they have some great people, that have stayed with them for a long timehere is your chance to join a successful team.

**Your new role**
You will form an integral part of the site management team for a multi-storey commercial project. You will be responsible for finishing trades and defect management supporting the Site Manager throughout the full construction process from start to finish. You will monitor site safety, promote a teamwork approach, and ensure that sub-contractors deliver according to the program and project documentation.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role you must have experience as a Finishing Foreman on large Unit Developments. An all-round ability with finishing trades will be well regarded while competent computer skills are preferred. A strong work ethic and “can-do” attitude are paramount with ability to work rostered Saturdays.

**What you'll get in return**
Salary will be commensurate with experience while a base range of $120k - $150k is a good indicator, maybe more for the right person. This is a permanent role joining a reputable commercial builder on a large Sunshine Coast based project, with long term local work assured.
