**The role**

Reporting to the Process Analyst Lead, the Process Analyst will be responsible for mapping business processes and customer journeys and use these to drive process and system improvements across the business in alignment with the wider organisational improvement strategy.
- Information gathering, data analysis and process mapping
- Creating process maps and documentation
- Effectively engaging stakeholders and facilitating workshops to gather and document processes
- Providing process reviews and recommending updates to solve business problems and deliver business outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, support and change delivery
- Work effectively as part of a change delivery team
- Influencing and liaising at all levels of the organisation to support engagement and change management

**What experience you’ll bring**
- Demonstrated experience in business process analysis and modelling (BPMN) including As-Is/To-Be process mapping and data models.
- A Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline or commensurate industry experience.
- An understanding of the General Insurance industry would be preferred.
- A hands on, team focused attitude, ability to learn new systems quickly, experience of working to deadlines in a change driven environment and the ability to work autonomously while maintaining focus
