**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a talented CRM Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on CRM planning initiatives, collaborating closely with our existing planning team, data analysts, and integrated account service team. Initially, you will work with one of our key clients, a prominent luxury automotive brand. Your active contribution will be instrumental in driving growth and advancing our network's effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and refine the client's CRM roadmap in alignment with their brand's digitization strategy.
- Create comprehensive and personalized marketing strategies, customer relationship plans, and customer journeys that adhere to CRM best practices.
- Collaborate with data analysts and clients to formulate strategic CRM plans, continuously optimizing them based on performance metrics and outcomes.
- Engage in strategic discussions to shape brand development, leveraging CRM and digital channels while addressing critical brand-related issues.
- Conduct data analysis and transform insights into coherent strategies, effectively presenting them to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the enhancement of our agency's strategic planning capabilities and actively drive the effectiveness agenda.
- Craft compelling creative briefs that inspire exceptional work, align with client requirements, and provide solutions to their business challenges.
- Stay updated with commercial information relevant to the brand, clients, and competitors.
- Foster strong relationships with client counterparts, building trust and adding value to their business on a day-to-day and long-term basis.
- Embrace a proactive approach, challenging the status quo, and continuously seeking process and approach improvements.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a creative agency, particularly on a large-scale digital/CX account.
- Strong expertise in CRM segmentation and database marketing, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive business value.
- Proficient in presenting compelling arguments, whether through logical presentations, flows, or structures, and comfortable speaking in front of diverse audiences.
- Demonstrates a curious mindset and a genuine interest in understanding business problems, with a focus on developing CRM solutions.
- Exhibits a strong aptitude for campaign evaluation, going beyond conventional communications thinking and brand planning.
- Actively advocates for the agency and contributes to fostering a positive work culture.
