About the role: As a key member of the CX and Digital team, the Digital Marketing Adviser is responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns while collaborating with teams on broader strategic projects. This role is about finding the right balance between achieving daily operational efficiency while also maintaining a forward-thinking approach to enhance the client experience and achieve digital marketing goals.

About your team:
Positioned within the broader CX and Digital team, report to the Marketing Manager and work with a dynamic team. Engage with creative designers, event planners, and strategists to make a difference. Beyond working within an innovative team, you'll play a role in supporting our partners and lawyers, forging connections with external clients, and liaising with tech vendors, digital innovators, and marketing specialists.

- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Work with the CRM system to manage and segment client data, connect with the right target audience, and personalise marketing messages.
- Content creation: Coordinate with internal and external specialists to create a range of sophisticated visual assets.
- Data analysis & insights integration: Monitor and analyse digital campaign performance, using insights to refine future strategies. Implement processes to automate the integration of these learnings, ensuring continuous improvement in our marketing efforts.
- Marketing technology: Able to navigate diverse marketing platforms and systems and can quickly adapt and learn new tools.
- Strategic projects: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to help plan and execute strategic CX and Digital projects.
- Trend awareness: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to help inform and inspire our campaigns.
- Business acumen: Build relationships with teams across the firm to gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
What we're looking for:
- Experience: At least 4 years in marketing or a related arena. Formal education in the field is a plus.
- Tech tools: Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM software, and Microsoft Office suite. Bonus if you're versed with HTML coding.
- Growth mindset: Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic setting.
- Detail-oriented: Attentive to the smaller tasks without losing sight of the larger objectives.
- Communication skills: Good verbal and written communication.
