**Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for entertainment, live events, and unforgettable nights out?**

We’re on the hunt for an experienced and creative **Entertainment Marketing Manager** to join the team at Australian Venue Co. on a **9-month maternity leave cover**(with potential for extension)

In this dynamic role, you’ll lead the entertainment and nightlife marketing strategy across our national portfolio of venues. From driving ticket sales to building unforgettable guest experiences, you’ll collaborate closely with our marketing team, venue operators, and entertainment partners to bring our venues to life.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead and execute entertainment marketing campaigns across our venues
- Collaborate with venue and entertainment teams to deliver strategic marketing plans
- Oversee ticketed events, weekly activations, and live music programming
- Identify growth opportunities and audience engagement tactics
- Manage key stakeholders including promoters, digital agencies, and creatives
- Deliver best-in-class brand messaging and campaigns aligned with venue objectives

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on events or hospitality
- Solid knowledge of the entertainment industry and nightlife landscape
- Proven experience delivering successful campaigns with measurable results
- Exceptional copywriting and communication skills
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
