**About the role**:
12-month fixed term, full-time maternity leave cover.

Reporting to the GL Accounting Supervisor, the Finance Officer will process AP transactions & payments, process & reconcile all Cash Management Transactions, process AR transactions & assist with debt collection, and responsible for the month-end reconciliations and reporting.

**The role and responsibilities will include**:
Processing Supplier Invoices/credit notes in a timely manner

Processing weekly payment, EFT and Credit Card Payments, runs promptly and accurately

Liaising with internal Operations team to ensure invoices are approved and passed on for processing

Responsibility for the Debtors function, generating debtor statements and maintenance of client files

Monitor & follow-up overdue customer accounts

Carry out adhoc cash management tasks for the ANL Finance Department

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
Degree qualified in Finance / Accounting

1-2 years of direct experience in AP/AR & banking

Strong computer knowledge, particularly in the use of MS Excel - Functions (lookups and logical), Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Filtering and Sorting.

Well developed communication skills, both written and verbal

Results oriented with analytical and problem solving skills

Keen desire to build and develop financial skills in a dynamic multi currency environment within a large multinational organisation
