Maternity Leave Cover Position

We are seeking a highly organised and skilled individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant for a 12-month maternity leave cover position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the General Manager and wider executive team, including diary management, communication coordination, and HR support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide organisational and administrative support to the General Manager and wider executive team
  • Liaise with internal and external personnel regarding diary and meeting management
  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking phone calls, responding to emails, drafting correspondence and sending communications to internal and external stakeholders
  • Attend executive meetings, taking attendance and minutes, distribution of minutes, various reports and presentations
  • Human Resource Management and maintaining an organised filing system of staff personnel files
  • Maintaining and processing of VMO Credentialing (eCredentialing and WebPAS)
  • Recruitment support for the hospital for both staff and registrars (Oracle)
  • Assist staff with Payroll, IT enquiries and other enquiries
