Operational Transition Manager to work for a large Insurance company in Sydney CBD

**Your new company**

A large international insurance company that now spans across 46 countries and regions, forever growing.

**Your new role**
- You'll be responsible for leading Project Management activities to deliver compliance with various regulatory obligations.
- Timely and quality delivery of the scope of work
- Stakeholder engagement
- Co-ordination of all parties, internal and external, ensuring thorough scoping, project planning and stakeholder understanding of deliverables and due dates
- Management of risks, issues and dependencies with mitigation plans and owners identified
- Implementation planning including facilitation of a management go-no-go decision

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated Operational experience
- Knowledge of General Insurance domains
- Ability to manage multiple related initiatives at different stages of the project lifecycle
- Financial Services background
- Exceptional leadership and management skills
- Be able to work with an offshore partner
