Change Manager required to ensure the smooth transition to a new cloud platform within the Travel & Hospitality sector.

Newly created role for a Change Manager in the hospitality space.

Travel is not required, but you will be working with hotels all across Australia to ensure a smooth transition to a new cloud platform.

If you have prior experience of Booking, Reservation, Property and/or Payment platforms that would be hugely beneficial.

Skill set / Experience needed - Prior experience operating as a Change Manager / Change Analyst
- Experience working in the Hospitality / Retail / Travel sectors
- Collaborate with other internal teams and frontline hotel staff to schedule and manage migrations to new systems
- Engage with vendors to ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met
- Ensure appropriate process documentation and training is provided to affected staff
- Manage cross-functional migration teams to ensure all participants know what is expected of them and when
- Monitor and report on adoption rates of new systems
- Provide regular reporting to hospitality division senior management of migration progress
- Work with frontline hotel staff to understand as-is processes, and work with hospitality division teams to create appropriate to-be processes
- Lead regular cross-functional team meetings as required to ensure continued project progression
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong commitment to customer success and quality in all aspects of work
