An exciting opportunity is currently available for a mid-senior CRM Marketing Manager to create and implement a B2C customer lifecycle strategies and customer journeys that have huge scope to drive growth revenue

Targeting both the B2B and B2C sector this organisation has a reputation for being the number one market leader within its specialised category.
**The Role**:
Reporting in the Head of Marketing you will have opportunity to strategically develop and implement customer journeys that will have both a focus on acquiring new customer and retaining customers through broad customer touch points.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute engagement and retention initiatives to maximise customer lifetime value
- Contribute to the development of Customer Journey Mapping
- analysing touch points with the organisation and maximising loyalty and retention opportunities
- manage the end-to-end process from brief to execution and performance analysis
- Define/refine segmentation and testing strategies across multiple digital and offline engagement channels to optimise marketing spend and maximise consumer revenue
- establishing clear customer segmentation for the brand & the Digital Health Platforms portfolio
- Create automated triggers based on customer purchase behaviours, as well as content for a user-friendly marketing learning agenda
- Run A/B tests to improve the channel performance
- Define marketing metrics that allows for measurement and optimisation at each stage along the path-to-purchase
- Report on results and use insights to continuously optimise CRM program and digital marketing campaigns
**Key Requirements**:
- 5 - 8 years of relevant CRM experience gained from a reputable consumer or reputable CRM or integrated agency; experience in direct to consumer, e-commerce and retail industries advantageous
- Analytical competency and knowledge of CRM planning and journey building, Customer Lifecycle Management, segmentation and building personalised preference centres
- Experience navigating large/complex/matrix organisations
- Strong analytical mindset
- This is sole charge role, you'll be comfortable developing strategy right through to writing copy
- A solid work ethic to think innovatively and commercially
