Overseeing the specific function of Compliance this role maintains the necessary environment to support the delivery of schedule B assurance requirements of the contract, including contribution to the annual Agreed Upon Procedure engagement (mandated external audit) and associated reporting. This position also involves supervising the day-to-day work activity and the coaching and development of the Compliance Officers.

This will be a **full time, permanent **position based in the **Melbourne** office, with flexibility to work from home.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage the execution of annual audit plan to support assurance requirements and continuous improvement
- Build trusted internal an external relationships to facilitate the successful implementation of programs
- Contribute to the effective management of the Vic business via continuous improvement and risk management activities
- Lead a team of Compliance Officers

**ABOUT YOU**
- Excellent understanding of the Victorian Workers’ Compensation requirements, WorkSafe and EML systems or the ability to develop knowledge quickly
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within the Victorian Workers’ Compensation sector preferred or equivalent experience in another sector
- Experience in risk, compliance and leadership is desired
- Superior communication and relationship building skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent anatlytical and problem solving skills
- Strong personal responsibility ideals and customer service skills
