**The Role**:
As the Enforcement Team Leader, you will be at the epicenter of impact, leading a dedicated team and shaping the trajectory of our compliance enforcement activities. Your contributions will make a tangible difference in the lives of the construction community.

- **Compliance**: Your legal expertise will guide the enforcement activities. From drafting notices to preparing legal briefs and managing legal stakeholders, your role is crucial in maintaining CoINVEST’s compliance standards.

**Preferred Education**: Qualifications in Law, accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred. Government Investigations Certificate or Project Management Professional Certificate are advantageous. Participation in collection training, data and information management, or risk management programs is beneficial.
