As our business expands, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Administrative Support Officer** to keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
**About the Role**
In this hands-on and varied role, you’ll be the administrative backbone of our team. From scheduling jobs to sending invoices, you’ll play a key part in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and team.
We are looking to start the role at approximately 20-25hrs per week, with the view to make this a full-time role in the near future.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Administrative Tasks**
- Manage and schedule client bookings using scheduling software
- Keep client records updated and confidential
- Coordinate communication between cleaners, clients, and management
- Monitor and order cleaning supplies when needed
**Invoicing & Financial Admin**
- Prepare and send timely invoices to clients
- Follow up on outstanding payments
**Operational Support**
- Assist with onboarding documents for new employees
- Organise and maintain compliance records (e.g. police checks, insurance)
**Systems & Process Improvement**
- Identify admin inefficiencies and suggest improvements
- Support implementation of new admin tools and systems
**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous admin experience (cleaning industry experience a plus but not essential)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confidence using digital tools and scheduling/invoicing software
- A proactive mindset with great attention to detail
- A can-do attitude and the ability to juggle multiple tasks

Pay: $24.59 - $40.66 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
